RETURNS + EXCHANGES
1. All sales are refundable within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving order. We will only exchange items that are defective or due to an error on our end. SIVONGXAY STUDIO is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order.
2. Orders made to SIVONGXAY STUDIO must be placed by customers who are 18 Years or Older. Card Information, emails, and addresses will be inspected carefully to avoid fraud.
3. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of package at support@sivongxaystudio.com to notify us of the damage or error and then follow the instructions in the reply email you receive.
4. If you are instructed to return the item to us, in order to qualify for replacement, the item must be must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging (where applicable). Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer unless asked to do so.
5. Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
6. If a replacement item is not available and we issue you a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to the original credit card that was used during your purchase within 14 days of approval.
7. Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
- If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days of receiving notice from us that your refund has been issued, contact your credit card company and your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

8. Shipping. To return your product, please contact us at support@sivongxaystudio.com for shipping information.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- You are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as we are not responsible or liable for any items that are lost or damaged while in transit to our warehouse. In the event that your returned items are damaged in transit or are not received by us, your sole recourse will be with the shipping company and/or insurance company selected by you to ship and/or insure the returned items.
